BCM provides clients with PhD-level consultancies in formal and nonformal education programs ranging from national policies and programs for formal and nonformal education in conjunction with the Bangladesh government and international organizations in Bangladesh. In addition, consultancies consist in the development of adult literacy curricula and materials, including research, writing, field-testing, evaluation, revision and publication.
